Ordering products
Tuotteet tilataan osoitteestProducts are ordered from micaro.fi. Customers will receive an automatic email confirmation of their order. To receive an order confirmation, the customer must provide an email address when placing an order. When placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force at the time.
Payments
The online store’s payment service provider is Stripe. Payment is secure, as all transaction information is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.
A transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the online shop. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Stripe accepts all major credit cards as payment methods.
Delivery and handling costs
Delivery and handling costs are determined by the products ordered.

Products are delivered within 1 to 8 working days of ordering.
Terms of exchange and return
The products have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. A product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging, and the product packaging must also be intact. Sealed products cannot be returned if the product packaging has been opened.
The customer is responsible for the return costs. If a product is defective or damaged in transit, Micaro will pay the return costs.

Error in product information
We reserve the right to deliver the product if the price or other information in the product is incorrectly entered.
